How teachers earn college credit
Up to four graduate-level semester credits per seminar are available to every teacher who attends. They are optional and come from University of Massachusetts Global, which is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).
Registration forms are handed out at the end of the training. A teacher fills one in and pays the credit fee directly to UMass Global, and that fee is separate from the training cost.
Teachers have six months after the training to carry out a practicum in their own classroom, and credit is awarded on completion. Contact Kelly Pew at kellypew@outlook.com for help with credit.
